You may provide information when you call or text DHS, request an estimate, schedule a pickup, send photos, or communicate with us about a service. This may include your name, phone number, service address, ZIP code, photos, item descriptions, scheduling details, and other information needed to provide the requested service.
When you submit the DHS pickup form, the contact information, pickup address, service details, access notes, preferred time, and consent selections you enter are sent to our Cloudflare-hosted booking service. A request is acknowledged only after the service confirms it was saved. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification information to help prevent abuse. If you select optional photos, they are uploaded after your request is saved. The photos are sent to private Cloudflare storage and linked to that request for authorized DHS staff to review. They are not published on this website. Avoid including unrelated people or personal documents in your photos. If you call or use a text-message link, your communications are handled through your phone or messaging provider.
Technical information
Our website and hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website. This can include an internet protocol address, browser type, device information, requested pages, dates and times, and security logs.
How information is used
We may use information to:
